Canadian Private Bank Appoints Head In British Columbia

BMO Harris Private Banking, part of BMO Financial Group, has named Jennifer Muench as a vice president and managing director in British Columbia.

Muench will be responsible for implementing the overall business strategy for BMO Harris Private Banking in British Columbia - including BMO’s Asian private banking business - and will oversee its trust, banking and investment operations.

Muench started her career with BMO in 1998 and moved to the West Coast in 2005 to serve as a personal banking area manager. She was subsequently promoted to vice president of personal banking for the Vancouver Centre District area in 2008, during which time she gained extensive knowledge of the British Columbia market, the firm said.

Established in 1817 as Bank of Montreal, BMO Financial Group provides a range of retail banking, wealth management and investment banking products and services.
