Both senior appointees have decades of financial sector experience under their belts.
Investment firm Cambridge
Associates has named Harinder Soin as chief data officer and
Adam Lester as head of corporate strategy, and these are newly
formed posts.
Soin reports to Jason Roberts, chief technology officer and
Lester reports to the firm’s chief executive, David Druley.
At Cambridge Associates since 2016, Soin had built up more than
20 years’ experience before joining the firm. He became Cambridge
Associates’ first chief data officer in 2019, a position that has
now been elevated to the executive leadership team. Based in
Boston, Massachusetts, Soin is also an active member of the
firm’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion council.
Lester works from the firm’s New York office. He will partner
with the CEO and leadership team to define Cambridge Associates’
strategic direction and execute major strategic initiatives.
Lester, who joined the firm in November 2022, brings more than a
decade of strategic and business development experience across
financial services.
The business operates services including that of an outsourced
chief investment office function and has offices worldwide, such
as in London, Hong Kong, Boston, Menlo Park in
California, Singapore and Sydney. This news service
interviewed the organisation last year about its investment
approach.
