San Francisco-based Calypso Technology has named Suresh Thekkenmar as senior vice president of customer services – a role which will see him oversee all post-sales support services.

Thekkenmar was latterly senior vice president and general manager of institutional at SS&C Technologies, responsible for support services for all institutional and hedge fund products, including implementations, consulting and training.

Calypso has 130 client firms, including multinational banks, and a network of 17 offices globally. Its flagship product is the Calypso Trading and Risk Management Platform.
