Californian Bank Taps Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs With New Office

City National Bank, the Californian business and private banking group, has opened its fifth full-service regional centre in Northern California.

The office is in the San Jose Regional Center located at 224 Airport Parkway. The building includes an office that City National recently acquired from Westamerica Bank.

City National said it will soon expand the regional centre through a new private client office for customers in Silicon Valley, as well as expand existing treasury services deposits functions.

"The new San Jose Regional Center expands City National's ability to serve one of California's most entrepreneurial regions," said Robert Brant, executive vice president and Northern California regional executive.

"It gives us the ideal opportunity to offer our brand of highly tailored banking and wealth management solutions to entrepreneurs, professionals and small and mid-size businesses in San Jose and the Silicon Valley,” he said.
