Brooks Macdonald Asset Management has appointed an investment management director for its recently-opened Leamington Spa office.

Daniel Good takes the inaugural role at the branch as the firm further builds on its presence in the Midlands.

He joins the firm from Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, where he served as investment director as well as a member of their UK investment committee.

With a 15-year history in investment management, he previously worked with Barclays Wealth, Morgan Stanley Quilter and GHC Capital Markets.

He will report to Mike Divers, head of the Leamington Spa office, still fresh from its opening in September last year. His appointment is effective immediately.

Adding to the firm’s number of senior members, Good becomes BMAM’s 58th investment manager from its hoard of eight regional offices.

The firm provides discretionary management services for private clients, trusts, charities and pension funds.
