UK-based Broadstone Pensions and Investments has acquired the corporate pensions business of UBS Wealth Management UK for an undisclosed sum.

The target business provides pensions advice to employers with defined contribution pension schemes; typical schemes have between 100 and 1,500 members. 

The team of six led by Vanda Cox has transferred to Broadstone’s Baker Street offices.

Following the acquisition Broadstone, formerly part of - and still partly owned by - the accountancy firm BDO, employs 228 people across eight UK locations.
