Boston Law Firm Launches Estate Planning Practice

The Wagner Law Group, a boutique firm which previously focused on ERISA, employee benefits and compensation, is expanding its practice with an estate planning team and a new office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The firm, which has its flagship office in Boston, Massachusetts, has added three members of staff specializing in estate planning.

The team is comprised of Stephen Newman, an attorney in the sector; Eugene Pollingue, an attorney who focuses on tax issues in estate planning; and Marilen Hartnett, a paralegal with a history in estate planning.

The trio will advise clients on matters surrounding the preservation, protection and transfer of assets.

In another related hire, Wagner has added Regina Dinkes to its ERISA and employee benefits group. She was latterly a financial advisor at UBS Financial Services. Her background is in trusts and estates, family law, real estate, employment law and international tax law.
