BoNY Mellon Opens Wealth Management Office in Tampa Bay

The Bank of New York Mellon has named Raymond Ifert to head its new wealth management office in Tampa. The move brings the number of BNY Mellon Wealth Management offices in Florida to 21. Mr Ifert will lead a team that includes senior directors Matthew Masem and Lea LeVines, who are responsible for new business development and client management, and portfolio manager Paul Anderson, who manages private client portfolios. Mr Ifert was most recently with Regions Bank, where he was executive vice president and sales manager for the Florida-based high net worth sales division. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president with the Private Bank at Bank of America, where he was the market executive for the Bay area. He will report directly to Florida west coast regional director Paul Dresselhaus. Mr Masem retired from Bank of America, while both Mr LeVines and Mr Anderson were hired from US Trust Bank of America Wealth Management. BoNY Mellon Wealth Management has about $170 billion in private client assets and 80 offices in the US.
