Board Changes at AIG Private Bank

AIG Private Bank has appointed financial and stock market expert Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter and business consultant Paola Ghillani to its board of directors. The pair replace Andreas Donatsch and Mauro Gabriele who have resigned from the board. The board will also be strengthened by the appointment of Hans Danielsson, senior managing director at AIG Global Investment Group. Ms Hunziker-Ebneter is a co-founder of asset management company Forma Futura Invest and a member of the boards of directors of BKW FMB Energie and the Sustainable Performance Group. Up to the end of 2005 she was a member of the group executive board of Julius Baer and was previously head of the Swiss Exchange SWX for several years. Ms Paola Ghillani is the owner of Paola Ghillani & Friends, which was founded in 2005. Prior to that, she worked as head of marketing for Ciba/Novartis in the Benelux countries and for hearing systems manufacturer Bernafon. From 1999 to 2005 Ms Ghillani headed up the Max Havelaar Foundation (Switzerland). Paola Ghillani has both Swiss and Italian citizenship and advises companies on strategic and leadership issues in the areas of sustainability and ethics. AIG Private Bank, founded in Zurich in 1965, specialises in asset management and investment advice for private and institutional clients. It offers personalised and structured private banking solutions, tailored to the individual needs of its clients. AIG Private Bank has branches and representative offices in Geneva, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and São Paulo. The Swiss private bank also offers investors access to its parent company American International Group.
