BNY Mellon continues to add to its wealth management division. The US firm has hired Robert Pick as senior director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Palm Beach Gardens, part of the firm’s two-year plan to boost its sales force by 50 per cent.

Pick joined the firm in mid-July and reports to Tim Goering, managing director for business development in Florida. Prior to this latest move, he was the founder and managing director of the Alternative Capital Group in Panama City, Panama, BNY Mellon said in a statement. 

He previously served as a director at Cato Capital in Hartford, Conn.
