BNY Mellon Corporate Trust Adds To Structured Finance Unit

BNY Mellon Corporate Trust has strengthened its structured finance business with the appointment of Richard Stanley and Debra Baker to the team.

Stanley, who was previously the head of global product management at BNY Mellon Alternative Investment Services, will be responsible for structured finance activities for asset backed securities, mortgage backed securities, collateral management, and the QSR and Asset Solutions business lines.

Baker, who used to be the chief administrative officer from within the firm, will be managing the collateral debt obligations unit, including related ancillary products.

Both will report to Scott Posner, the chief executive officer of BNY Mellon Corporate Trust.

The company services $12 trillion in outstanding debt from 61 locations in 20 countries. Its clients include governments and their agencies, multinational corporations, financial institutions and other entities that access the global debt capital markets.
