BNP Signs Private Banking Deal with Sports Group

BNP Paribas has signed a three-year deal with the ATP, the governing body of men's professional tennis, to provide financial services for individual players and the tour organisation. BNP Paribas said in a press statement that it will use its international network of offices and private banking experience to “enhance services provided to ATP players in the distribution and management of prize money earned worldwide.” The French bank has had a long association with professional tennis and has been a major sponsor of the French Open for more than 30 years. It also sponsors the Davis Cup and the BNP Paribas Masters in Paris, an ATP Masters Series event.
