BNP Paribas' Securities Arm Signs Administration, Custody Deal
BNP Paribas Securities Services, part of the French bank, BNP Paribas, has signed an agreement with A Plus Finance, an asset management company, to act as depot-bank, transfer agent, registrar, custodian and fund administrator.
A Plus Finance chose BNP Paribas as the bank has the highest credit rating of any custodian. They also made the selection because of BNP Paribas’s knowledge of private equity and range of services.
Set up in 1998, A Plus Finance specializes in private equity and the management of innovation mutual funds and local investment funds.
