Bank of East Asia Launches Maritime Square Branch, SupremeGold Centre

The Bank of East Asia has unveiled its Maritime Square Branch and SupremeGold Centre in Hong Kong, with BEA director Dr David Li as the officiating guest of honour.

The new office is located at the third floor of the Maritime Square, a large shopping complex just above the MTR Tsing Yi station. The adjacent SupremeGold Centre also houses the bank's wealth management operations, offering services including currency trading, investment funds, consumer loans and securities trading.

"The opening of our Maritime Square Branch and SupremeGold Centre is in line with our strategy of establishing outlets in high-traffic locations to better serve our customers," said Dr Li in a statement.

BEA presently has 90 branches and 50 SupremeGold Centres in Hong Kong.  It is the largest independent local bank in Hong Kong, with total consolidated assets of HK$411.9 billion ($53.14 billion).
