European insurer and investment manager AXA has taken its new UK wrap proposition, known as Elevate, live. Developed by AXA Distribution Services, six consultative partners will be the first advisors to have access to the operational Elevate platform. The consultative partners were chosen to give a broad representation of the advisor market, with each operating different advice models and back-office systems. They will be able to place funds under management once the bespoke implementation and training process is completed. Initial capability allows for investment in General Investment Account, ISA and PEP wrappers only. Development of the proposition will continue with further product wrappers being introduced later in 2008 and availability expanded to the wider market. Paul McMahon, managing director of AXA Distribution Services, said: "Our implementation, business consultancy, technology and customer service teams are all now working with our partners to hone our service proposition."
