AXA Financial Names Two To Board
AXA Financial has recently elected
Danny Hale and
Richard Vaughan as boards of directors to four of its
affiliates.
Messrs Hale and Vaughan will join the board of AXA Financial, AXA
Equitable Life Insurance, MONY Life Insurance and MONY Life
Insurance Company of America. Hale has just retired from his
position as senior vice president and chief financial officer of
The Allstate Corporation, while Vaughan has also just retired as
executive vice president and chief financial officer of Lincoln
Financial Group.
