Aviva Investors Recruits Head For Global Investment

Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of
Aviva, has appointed Adeline Diab as head of integration for its
global responsible investment team based in London.
In her role, Diab will lead the responsible investment officer
analyst network, supporting the group in identifying material
environmental, social and governance issues, and seeking out
global opportunities to integrate ESG into mainstream investment
processes.
Diab has over a decade’s experience working in capital markets to
shape sustainability and governance strategies. She joins from
APG Asset Management in the Netherlands, where she was
responsible for embedding ESG into the investment process across
asset classes.
Prior to this she held roles with London-based hedge fund GLG
Partners and Paris-based HSBC Asset Management, where she
co-established the ESG research team.
Aviva Investors’ global responsible investment team covers all
assets under management, which stood at £274 billion ($426
billion) as at 30 September 2012.
