Austrian regulator warns of Crosswind Asset Investments GmbH

Pursuant to the Bankwesengesetz (Banking Act) and the Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz (Securities Supervision Act 2018), the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has issued a warning to investors.

By publication in the official gazette, Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung, the FMA hereby claims that Crosswind Asset Investments GmbH, registered at Süßenbrunner Straße 14/12, 1220 Vienna, Website https://www.onlinegeldanlagen.de, is not authorised to provide investment services or banking services in Austria that require a licence. The provider is therefore not permitted to broker transactions on a commercial basis in accordance with the Bankwesengesetz as well as to provide investment advice on a commercial basis with regard to financial instruments (Article 3 Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz).
