Australian Wealth Manager Launches Family Office

Brisbane-based Goodman Private Wealth Advisers has launched a range of family office services, the aim being to widen the scope of its mainstream financial advice, according to the Queensland Business Review.

The new venture is headed by senior advisor James Goodman with chief executive and senior advisor Brad Church.

The Private Family Office services include Family Compass, for private wealth planning, Family Matters for technical, financial and tax strategies and Family Advocates, for investment selection and management.

Family Legacy, which handles intergenerational wealth transfer advice, Family Record, for administration, filing and book-keeping and Family Given for philanthropy services are also part of the service suite.

The parent firm was founded in 1987 by John Goodman.
