Atlantic Trust Expands Boston Office

Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of New York-listed Invesco, has appointed J Timothy Delaney as a senior vice president and senior relationship manager for its Boston office.

Delaney brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Atlantic, joining from Pillar Financial Advisers, where he served as an investment manager for the firm’s high net worth clientele. He was also a relationship manager for key accounts, as well as having been head of the investment committee, the firm said.

Previously, Delaney was a principal and senior portfolio manager with Lowell, Blake and Associates.

Atlantic’s Boston office, which managed over $4.9 billion in assets under management as of 31 January, houses 40 client service and business development professionals, as well as 15 investment managers and analysts, the firm said.

In other recent news, the firm made two hires within its multi-manager investment program in addition to strengthening its Texas office at the end of last month.
