UK-based Arbuthnot Banking Group has appointed a senior manager from Citi to take up the post of finance director from 1 November this year.

James Cobb had worked for the past 13 years at Citi. He currently holds the post of deputy chief financial officer and controller of Citi’s global consumer group in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Arbuthnot Banking Group, which is headquartered in London, employs a total of about 430 staff.
