Arbra Partners Names Geneva Chief Executive

The firm opened its Geneva office in June last year.
  Arbra
  Partners, an international asset management, wealth advisory,
  merger and acquisition, and private market opportunities
  boutique, has named Laurent Mazens as CEO of its Geneva
  business.
  
  Mazens, who has been in the post since the start of July, has
  more than 20 years’ experience in the international finance
  industry. He has served in executive roles in Singapore
  and Switzerland, most recently as chief executive of Stanhope
  Capital (Switzerland) SA in Geneva. (Stanhope Capital, as
  reported 
  here, has been acquired by Corient, the US-headquartered
  wealth management group.)
  
  Mazens also has “strong experience” of the Middle East and Asian
  markets, having built significant business across both
  jurisdictions in previous roles, Arbra said in a statement late
  last week.
  
  Previously, Mazens was CEO of JAR Geneva, MD and Global Middle
  East head at Societe Generale Private Bank Geneva, executive
  director and desk head for MENA at UBS Singapore, and director
  and ultra-HNW individual senior relationship manager for MENA at
  Credit Suisse in Geneva. 
  Arbra, as reported 
  here, opened ts Geneva office in June 2024. The
  Arbra firm, headquartered in London, was created in 2022.
  
  “Laurent’s appointment marks the next stage in the evolution of
  our Geneva business which has grown steadily since inception a
  year ago and we are delighted to have someone of his calibre and
  international experience join the team,” Philip Harris, Arbra
