Another Wealth Manager Unveils New Premises In London

Berry Asset Management, the London-based wealth manager, is to relocate to new offices in St James’s, joining a number of other firms moving to new premises in the capital.

Berry’s chief executive, Jamie MacLeod, said in a statement that the move to the West End from its existing offices in Chelsea Harbour reflected the firm’s need to be closer to its clients and their advisors.

The firm is now located at 79 Pall Mall.

In other recent developments, back in March, Berry - which is 70 per cent-owned by the Swiss private bank Bordier - hired Malcolm Cuthbert as its second director of wealth management. He joined from brokers Killik & Co, where he was director of sales and chairman of financial planning.

Other firms to have recently announced moves to new premises in London include JP Morgan Private Bank, which has relocated to new UK headquarters located at 1 Knightsbridge, and Rathbone Brothers, which is to move to a new address at 1 Curzon Street in London’s Mayfair district.
