UK regional law firm Thring Townsend is to merge with Westminster-based private client-focused firm Lee & Pembertons. The new firm will be called Thring Townsend Lee & Pembertons. Thomas Sheppard, Thring Townsend managing partner said the firm's strategy is to have balanced private client and commercial practices. Thring Townsend acquired the Bristol office of Laytons in December 2005. Its most recent financial year saw a turnover of £15.2 million.
