This publication reports on latest moves and appointments in the world's wealth management sector.
SQN Capital Management, the alternative investment fund manager, has appointed Dawn Kendall as managing director of SQN Asset Management Ltd, which is the UK manager of the firm’s London-listed SQN Secured Income Fund.
The SQN Secured Income Fund has recently been rebranded with a
new management leadership; its fund is now managed by SQN, having
recently undergone a change of investment manager at the start of
April.
Kendall previously was a partner and portfolio manager at
TwentyFour Asset Management. She started her career at SG Warburg
(now UBS), and has since held senior investment and management
positions at Newton, Axa (Architas), and Investec Wealth &
Investment as well as at TwentyFour.
Her primary specialism is fixed income with an extensive
background in investment trusts, structured finance, product
development, marketing, risk, derivatives and hedge
funds.
In her new role, Kendall reports to the co-founder and chairman
of SQN, Neil Roberts. She takes up her role with effect from 1
August.
Additionally, Kendall retains her other business interests in the
consultancy firm Herschel Advisory Limited and her advisory role
with CityHive, SQN said in a statement yesterday.
