Allfunds Names Chief Financial Officer

The firm has been expanding on a number of fronts recently. In October, it wrapped up a strategic partnership with French bank BNP Paribas.
Allfunds, the fund
distribution platform that recently completed its strategic
partnership deal with BNP Paribas, has appointed Amaury Dauge as
chief financial officer.
Based in Madrid, Dauge will be part of the firm’s executive
committee and report directly to Juan Alcaraz, chief executive,
the firm said yesterday.
Prior to this, Dauge worked at Qontigo, the intelligence
technology firm, where he recently served as CFO and chief
operating officer; before that, he was president and CFO of
Axioma, a risk analytics business. Previously, Dauge was group
CFO at Euronext where he led the financial and legal carve-out of
the company from NYSE Euronext and its subsequent initial public
offering.
During his 20- year career, in which he has worked in Dubai,
Luxembourg, Paris and most recently New York, Dauge has become
experienced in transformation projects in capital investments,
mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, post-merger integrations
and performance optimisation delivering shareholder value.
"His top-tier experience and international vision will be an
excellent complement to our team. Amaury´s incorporation is
confirmation of Allfunds' commitment to the best talent in the
world and we are delighted to have him as part of Allfunds,”
Alcaraz said.
Prior to the BNP Paribas deal, Allfunds also acquired the
InvestLab business from Credit Suisse.
