ABN Amro has suspended its head of UK private banking, Mark Henney, according to sources close to the bank. It is believed that Craig Franklin, ABN’s private banking head in Jersey, has also been suspended. WealthBriefing was not able to find out the reasons for the suspensions, and a spokesman from ABN was not prepared to comment. Mr Henney had been in his position for a little more than a year after being promoted to run both the UK domestic and international businesses. Previously he ran the UK international business from Jersey.
