Saxo Bank
Copenhagen-headquartered Saxo Bank, a fintech specialist focusing on multi-asset trading and investment, has appointed Christian Grønning as global head of communications, PR, and social media, effective in March. In this role, he will direct PR and communication efforts across all regions, the firm said in a statement.

With more than two decades of experience in communications and journalism, Grønning was formerly partner and group head of financial services at Geelmuyden Kiese, a pan-Scandinavian communications consultancy. In that capacity, he served as an advisor to several of Scandinavia’s largest financial services companies.

Grønning is joining the firm during a period of growth; it is reporting a 38 per cent increase in active investors in the first half year of 2024, bringing client assets to more than €105 billion ($110 billion).
