Robeco
Robeco has appointed
Matthew Jackson to join its global credit Team as a senior IG
credit portfolio manager. His addition is part of the Robeco’s
efforts to ensure the credit investment team remains
well-resourced to support continued growth in the business, the
firm said in a statement.
Jackson was formerly a portfolio manager for numerous global, euro and UK investment grade credit funds and mandates at Western Asset Management. He started there in 2003 gaining experience in roles covering risk, portfolio, and research analysis.
In addition to Jackson, the team has also been bolstered by the arrival of two senior analysts, Yadeesh Moorthy and Atif Ali. Ali, who previously worked at hedge funds Citadel and Ardent and investment banks Citigroup and Credit Suisse, will be concentrating on financials. Moorthy, who joined Robeco from UBP and M&G, will be covering consumer cyclicals.
“In the coming months we will add more junior analysts that join us from our international trainee-program. We believe that the enhancements prepare us for future growth and show our commitment to developing and retaining top investment talent within our global credit team,” Joop Kohler, head of credits at Robeco said. “We’re excited that Matthew, Yadeesh and Atif have strengthened our team. These new arrivals to the global credit team will be based in London, solidifying our London office as talent and investment hub.”
Charles Stanley
UK wealth manager Charles Stanley has
appointed Charlotte Aspinall as a senior investment manager based
at its Tunbridge Wells office.
Charlotte, a chartered wealth manager with over 20 years of discretionary investment management experience, will be responsible for managing bespoke investment solutions for high net worth clients. She will work closely with the firm's investment team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and advice, the firm said in a statement. She will report directly to Gerard Sweeting, director of private clients, Tunbridge Wells.
Previously, Aspinall was a senior investment manager, chair of the equity selection committee, and a member of the investment policy committee at Mattioli Woods. Prior to this she spent 16 years with Charles Stanley, where she originally trained as an investment manager.
Her hire follows the earlier appointments of Tom Planterose and Kathie Langfield, both as senior investment managers in Tunbridge Wells.

Titanbay
Titanbay, a platform
providing private market solutions for wealth managers and
private banks, has appointed Ros Price to join its board of
directors.
Price has more than 20 years of experience in private wealth management, capital partnering, and business development, with a notable track record at leading global institutions. Most recently, Price served as managing director and EMEA region head at Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions, where she led business development and capital partnering efforts with financial institutions, independent wealth managers, and digital investment platforms across the UK and Europe. Prior to this, she held senior positions at PIMCO, including executive vice president, head of consultant relations group EMEA, and various leadership roles focused on private wealth, family offices, and institutional clients.
The firm said that Price’s appointment reflects its “commitment to strengthening its board with industry experts who bring a wealth of knowledge and insights into private markets.” Price’s deep expertise will support Titanbay’s mission to “empower wealth managers and private banks to build world-class private market programmes that enhance their clients’ portfolios,” it added.
