Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Nomura, Crestbridge

Nomura
Asset Management UK has appointed Julian Marks as head of
hybrid bonds within the fixed income team, starting
immediately.
Based in London, Marks will report to Yuji Maeda, head of fixed income, the firm said in a statement.
He is joining Nomura Asset Management after fifteen years at Neuberger Berman where he was the lead portfolio manager for the corporate hybrid bond strategy and a portfolio manager on broader investment grade credit mandates.
Marks's initial focus will be on launching a dedicated Corporate
Hybrid Bond strategy, the firm continued.
Based in Tokyo, the Nomura Asset Management Group is a global
investment manager, with additional investment offices across the
world including London, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Shanghai,
Taipei, Frankfurt and New York.
Crestbridge
Crestbridge, a
global administration, management and corporate governance
solutions business, has appointed Marie Morris as director and
money laundering compliance officer within its group risk
function.
She will lead the financial crime compliance team in Jersey and act as the MLCO, supporting the business in the management of anti-financial crime risk through the provision of training and advice on all financial crime compliance and risk matters, the firm said in a statement. She will also provide support in the development and promotion of Crestbridge’s financial crime programme.
Prior to joining Crestbridge, Morris was an MLRO at a global bank and, before that, a senior compliance manager for an international financial services provider. She has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, the firm said.
