Equiom
Equiom, a global
provider of private client, family office, corporate
administration, and accounting solutions, has added to
its corporate services team. Sarah Cobden has been appointed
as head of corporate services and Vanessa Blanchet as executive
director, corporate services.
Cobden has a background in corporate administration and a leadership track record. In her former role, she led the establishment and development of a corporate services function. She has experience of managing corporate structures for international clients and providing strategic oversight across a wide range of sectors, including fintech/blockchain, finance, real estate, and banking.
Additionally, Blanchet has experience in corporate administration solutions, including knowledge in Shari’ah compliant structuring, administration, and accounting services, having previously led a team specialising in this area. Blanchet is well-positioned to lead the corporate services team and optimise global solutions for its presence across the Middle East and beyond, the firm said in statement.
Equiom has also welcomed Jamie Hillion, senior manager, and Rebecca Clark, manager, to join its corporate services team based in Jersey.
"Our new appointments reflect our dedication to strengthening our team with quality subject matter experts who have unparalleled skill sets, best practice standards, and a deep understanding of corporate services," said Claire Le Brocq, chief commercial officer. "These strategic additions will further our ability to provide enhanced, innovative cross-jurisdictional solutions to our clients, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the corporate services sector."
