FMC, a global consultancy to the asset management, wealth
management and insurance industries, has appointed Ross Scott
(pictured) as a director in its UK wealth management and private
banking team.
Based in Edinburgh, Scott is joining from Deloitte where he was a director within the financial services sector, focusing on risk advisory and remediation work within global wealth managers and private banks. He has been based and worked with clients across UK, Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong during his 14 years at Deloitte, the firm said in a statement.
Scott is the fourth senior hire Alpha has made since October 2023. His appointment follows the recent appointments of Scott Lee and Jamie Forrester to the Alpha wealth team.

client services director in Jersey, as part of the firm’s focus
on its growth ambitions.
In her new role, Godwin will be leading a team focused on supporting private wealth clients with their multijurisdictional structuring needs, whilst also playing a key role in developing and evolving the business in Jersey.
With close to 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, Godwin has expertise and knowledge of the fund administration, corporate, real estate and private wealth sectors. She has worked for a number of global service providers, supporting private clients with their asset protection and wealth management needs.
