The latest moves in wealth management across the world.
Janus Henderson
Newly-created financial services firm Janus
Henderson Investors has appointed Jim Cielinski as
global head of fixed income, the firm said in a
statement.
He will be based in the firm’s London headquarters and he
will join the firm on 1 November to oversee the growth
of the firm’s fixed income team.
Cielinski has more than 30 years of investment management
experience. He was most recently global head of fixed income for
Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where he oversaw fixed income
globally, including more than 165 investment professionals and
$190 billion in fixed income assets under management.

Threadneedle Investments has appointed Colin Lundgren as
global head of fixed income, the firm said in a
statement.
Lundgren will replace Jim Cielinski, who resigned from the
firm to join Janus Henderson. Lundgren was previously deputy
global head of fixed income and has been with the company 31
years.
He will report to Colin Moore, global chief investment
officer. Mark Burgess, deputy global chief investment officer,
will continue to provide regional oversight of the London-based
teams.
Jersey Finance
Financial services firm Jersey
Finance has appointed Lisa Springate as head of
technical, effective 20 November. She will replace Tom
Cowsill in the role, who has already left Jersey Finance, the
firm said in a statement.
Springate joins Jersey Finance from Bedell Cristin’s Jersey
office, where she has been a key part of the commercial
litigation team for more than 17 years and a partner for nine
years.
Prior to moving to Jersey in 1993, she practised as a
barrister in Chambers in London and with leading law firm Mayer
Brown JSM in Hong Kong.
She is also a board member of the Institute of Directors in
Jersey and a non-executive director of Board Apprentice.
