Gunner & Co
Financial advisor brokerage and consultancy Gunner & Co has
added a new senior broker, Joshua Lee. Prior to this, Lee led the
acquisition strategy for Attivo, the chartered financial planning
firm.
Lee has the Certificate in Corporate Finance, awarded by
CISI.
Gunner & Co advises owners of financial firms on how to buy and
sell businesses in their space.

planning business owners in the complexities of M&A,
alongside our core competency of bringing buyers and sellers
together and our proven track record of completing deals that
bring value to both sides,” Louise Jefferys, managing director at
Gunner & Co, said.
WestBridge
Private equity house WestBridge has appointed
Rebecca Sinclair as investment executive.
Sinclair, after leaving university, joined the HSBC Corporate
Banking Graduate Scheme, securing a Diploma in Banking Practice
and Finance. Over a period of three years, she contributed to
more than 40 transactions and became the youngest person to be
promoted to senior associate in its leveraged finance team.
At WestBridge, Sinclair will support the investment team with
deal origination, deal execution and portfolio management,
specifically in London and the Midlands.
The firm has offices in London, Manchester and Cardiff. It
typically invests between £10 and £20 million into UK small- and
medium-sized enterprises with enterprise values of between £15
million and £40 million.
