Troutman Pepper
US law firm Troutman Pepper has
appointed Thomas Gray, a veteran transactional tax and investment
tax attorney, to join its tax and benefits practice group in New
York as a partner.
Gray, who is joining the firm from Faegre Drinker, earned
his JD from Boston University School of Law and his bachelor's
degree from University of Vermont. He is also a Certified Public
Accountant.
Troutman Pepper's Tax + Benefits Practice Group provides advice
on all aspects of tax transactions, examinations, administrative
appeals and, if necessary, tax litigation, which allows
clients to remain focused on running their businesses. It has
more than 1,200 attorneys strategically located in 23 US
cities.
