Square Mile
Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research, aka Square Mile, a UK business, has appointed Scott Spencer as an investment director within its investment management team. 

Prior to this, Spencer worked at Columbia Threadneedle Asset Management as an investment manager where he was responsible for fund research and portfolio construction across a range of multi-asset portfolios. He also designed and implemented the team’s approach to ESG analysis.  Prior to this, he was a partner of BMO Asset Management´s LLP Multi-Asset team, which subsequently became part of Columbia Threadneedle.

Spring
Jersey-based Spring Investment Management, or Spring, has appointed Nadine Irons as its new director.

Irons, who joined the firm earlier in 2024 as head of client engagement, has more than 20 years’ financial sector experience, including eight years at international platform provider Praemium International Limited (now Morningstar Wealth Platform).

Spring was launched in 2022.
