Stuart Watson has joined law firm OgierGlobal as a director to lead the growth of its UK corporate and fiduciary services offering, based in London. 

Watson, who has experience in corporate governance and entity management across a range of company types and industries, has a particular focus on corporate services, real estate and debt capital markets, the firm said in a statement.

A specialist in capital markets and structured finance and a chartered company secretary, Watson sits on various company boards, particularly those of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), in both an executive and non-executive capacity, and is involved in the management of various assets classes across multiple sectors globally, the firm added.

Ogier provides practical advice on BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Irish, Jersey and Luxembourg law through its global network of offices across the Asian, Caribbean and European time zones.
