Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Lennertz & Co, Columbia Threadneedle Investments

The latest moves and appointments in wealth management in the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East and other select locations.

Lennertz & Co
The multi-family office Lennertz & Co has appointed Neil Steinberg (pictured) as chief commercial officer, who focuses on the Germany, Austria and Switzerland (“DACH” market).

Prior to this role, Steinberg had a 15-year stint at NetJets – the private jets business – as regional sales director for the DACH region.

Lennertz & Co has developed into an alternative investment platform that offers access to private equity and venture capital fund managers across Europe and the US.

In addition to his role at NetJets, Steinberg also spent five years as director of media planning at Mindshare, the media agency, formed via a joint venture between JWT and Ogilvy & Mather. He was also the vice president of business strategy at AOL Time Warner for more than four years.

Columbia Threadneedle Investments
After Rob Burdett, head of Columbia Threadneedle multi-manager, decided to leave Columbia Threadneedle Investments this April, Paul Green has been appointed to lead the multi-manager team which manages the Navigator and Lifestyle funds.

Green, who is a member of the portfolio management team for these funds, will work alongside Adam Norris and Anthony Willis to manage both ranges, the firm said in a statement.

From April, Green, Willis and Norris will transition to Columbia Threadneedle’s EMEA asset allocation team, led by Paul Niven, the firm continued. Catherine Sathi, another member of the team, will become part of the Columbia Threadneedle multi-manager solutions team, under David Weiss. She will also continue to contribute to manager research for the Navigator and Lifestyle funds, as well as the global manager selection. As a result of these changes, multi-manager portfolio managers Kelly Prior and Scott Spencer will also be leaving the firm.
