Highvern
Highvern, the fiduciary, corporate and fund administration services provider, has appointed former senior KPMG figure Colm Clifford (pictured) as its Irish independent non-executive director.

Alongside Ireland country head, Philip Dempsey, and directors Emma Keane and Adrian Bailie, he is also taking on the role of chair, the Jersey-based business said yesterday in a statement.

Clifford is a former KPMG audit partner with more than 25 years’ experience serving in senior leadership roles specialising in financial services. He has extensive industry experience in asset management, structured finance products, and treasury.

Highvern launched its Irish business, with offices in Dublin, in January 2022. The group also has a presence in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, the UK and Switzerland. It was formed in 2016 following a management buyout of Coutts & Co Trustees (Jersey).
