Fidelity International
Fidelity International (‘Fidelity’) has made two senior appointments in its private assets team to bolster its infrastructure capabilities, the firm said in a recent statement.

Chantale Pelletier, global head of infrastructure equity investments, will be responsible for leading the development of Fidelity’s infrastructure strategy, driving a new product pipeline across both infrastructure debt and equity. Pelletier is based in London and reports to Andrew McCaffery, global CIO. Previously, she was global head of infrastructure and CEO of Schroders Capital Management (France).

Emma Haight, formerly from Ares Management, will be head of infrastructure debt, responsible for driving the growth of Fidelity’s infrastructure finance proposition, including the development and launch of infrastructure credit strategies and products. Haight is based in London and reports to Michael Curtis, head of private credit strategies.

These two senior hires follow the recent appointments of Peter Begler director, specialist sales private assets, DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) and Ludwig Hsia, origination director, direct lending, France.

“These new senior hires are testament to our commitment to building a broad private assets business, ensuring we have the right level of support and technical expertise to help drive our ambitious expansion plans over the decade,” McCaffery said.
