Platform provider Zurich has added Utmost Wealth
Solutions’ Isle of Man-based offshore investment bonds to its
platform.
The bonds are designed to help advisors mitigate the impact of UK
inheritance tax on clients, Utmost said.
The news was announced a few days after Life Company
Consolidation Group, parent of Utmost Wealth
Solutions, completed its agreed purchase of Generali
PanEurope from Italian financial group Generali. That deal turned
Utmost into the second-largest cross-border provider of
unit-linked wealth solutions in Europe, and more acquisitions are
planned.
