Union Bancaire Privée has strengthened its private client technology offerings with the appointment of Georges Liberman as head of wealth technology, to be based in Luxembourg.

Liberman was latterly head of wealth planning at HSBC Luxembourg. He has worked in the financial sector for 20 years in Asia, the US, the UK and Switzerland.

The firm has been ramping up its private wealth provisions globally, having made appointments in Europe, Asia and the UK in the last few months.
