UK-Based SVM Asset Management Promotes Duo

SVM Asset Management, the UK-based investment house, has promoted Craig Jeruzal and Alasdair Birch to become deputy fund managers of two of its funds.

SVM Asset Management, the UK-based investment house, has promoted Craig Jeruzal and Alasdair Birch to become deputy fund managers of two of its funds.

Jeruzal has been appointed deputy fund manager for the £108 million ($177.3 million) SVM UK Opportunities fund after being promoted from his role of UK investment analyst to support lead manager Neil Veitch on portfolio strategy and allocation. Jeruzal joined in 2006 from Kempen Capital Management.

Meanwhile, former European investment analyst Birch will assist Hugh Cuthbert in managing the £17 million SVM Continental Europe fund.

Birch joined SVM in 2012 from BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK, where he was a portfolio manager within the European mid and small cap team.
