UK Wealth Manager Hires From Crédit Agricole

Harrogate-based PFP Group has appointed Killian Connolly as an assistant portfolio manager to bolster its wealth management arm, Citywire reports.
In his new role Mr Connolly will assist in the management of private client portfolios and will report to Tim Price, investment director at PFP Wealth Management, the report said.
Mr Connelly joins the firm from Crédit Agricole, where he was also an assistant portfolio manager in its asset management arm.
“Killian will be helping across the board, including asset allocation, stock selection, credit, equity and funds amongst others. Basically it will be fairly unconstrained,” Mr Price is reported to have said.
PFP’s discretionary investment management business, which was launched a year and a half ago, has attracted some £100 million ($160 million) in new private client assets. Mr Price reportedly told the publication that he expects the business to grow further this year, with further hires likely, but he emphasised that the business was trying to grow “appropriately.”
