Hughes Fowler Carruthers, the UK family law practice, has appointed Mark Harper, previously a senior partner within Withers’ family department, to a similar role.

Hughes Fowler Carruthers, the UK family law practice, has appointed Mark Harper, previously a senior partner within Withers’ family department, to a similar role.

Harper is a recognised expert on trusts and international divorce and is the European Chapter President of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  He co-authored International Trust and Divorce Litigation (Second Edition).
