Scopic Research, an independent UK-based research consultancy firm, has appointed Steve Gibson to the newly-created role of research director.

Not only will Gibson be a director, but he will also be a shareholder in the company. Prior to this move to Scopic, Gibson worked for Fidelity International where he helped in the development of the investment philosophy and process used within their multi-manager team.

Scopic is a privately held company with its headquarters in Leicester in the UK’s Midlands.
