UK Fund Manager Unveils Emerging Asia Focused Fund
Hermes Fund Managers, the UK-based hedge fund, has launched a new UCITS fund focused on emerging Asia.
The Emerging Asia UCITS fund will target discretionary managers, multi-manager fund selectors and wealth managers in the UK who are interested in investing in China, Korea, India and Taiwan.
Jonathan Pines, who has led the Emerging Asia strategy for Hermes Fund Managers since December 2009, will be heading a six-person emerging markets team.
The fund requires a minimum investment £1,000 ($1,598) and a management fee of one per cent.
