UK's Nucleus Expands IFA Advisory Board

Nucleus Financial, the UK-based IFA-owned wrap platform, has added two firms to its IFA advisory board, taking the total number of members to seven.

The two additions to the board are Reeve Sims and The Fry Group. They join Asset Management IFA, Central Investment Services, FA Watts, Helm Godfrey and HKA, which remain from 2009’s board.

The IFA advisory board, which meets quarterly, is responsible for ensuring the advisor firms who own and use the Nucleus wrap remain central to its future development and direction, Nucleus said in a statement.

“Nucleus advisors are and always have been at the centre of our business proposition and the IFA advisory board forms a key part of how we put this into practice. As the platform grows in assets under administration and advisor numbers in 2010, collective agreement by members on the future direction of the business will only grow in importance,” said David Ferguson, chief executive of Nucleus.
