Swiss wealth manager UBS has opened its fourth US Private Wealth Management office dedicated to serving ultra high net worth clients with assets greater than $10 million. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the office will be headed by managing director Robert Karem and will provide advisory, brokerage, trust and private banking services. "The Atlanta market is one of the fastest growing in the country, making this a logical location for our latest Private Wealth Management office," said John Straus, head of UBS Private Wealth Management and chairman of the Private Bank. "Our ultra high net worth clients in the region will now be able to access services dedicated to their unique wealth management needs from one location." The new office is part of a series of planned offices nationwide that will cater to the specific needs of US-based ultra high net worth clients.
