UBS Director Steps Down From Board Ahead Of AGM

As UBS’s annual general meeting approaches, a director on its board will not stand for re-election due to a burdening amount of professional commitments.

As UBS’s annual general meeting approaches, a director on its board will not stand for re-election due to a burdening amount of professional commitments.

Rainer-Marc Frey was initially elected to the board of directors in October 2008 as a member of the risk committee, and the human resources and compensation committee.

Four names have been put forward for the election to replace Frey’s place on the latter committee at the UBS AGM on 7 May in Zurich: Ann Godbehere, Michel Demaré, Helmut Panke and Reto Francioni.
